Super Macro?

yah. i know of this feature, but i didn't know it's available in my Canon S2 IS. :S

apparantly i wasn't the only one. here.

anyway there's already an S5 IS so mine's considered an antique.

and so i was fed up with the macro button that's not responding... then i click and click and held it there. super macro mode was then activated.



here's a sample. my lens were almost touching the subject.



with slight unsharp mask, that was the result. bokeh wasn't fantastic but it's quite impressive for an antique prosumer i guess.

but i suppose you won't go near a snail and touch it with your lens just to get that super macro shot right? lol.
